Job Description


THE JOB The incumbent will be responsible for the overall Rivoli Vision business in Qatar, with special focus on improving the optical share of business and improving the quality of optical personnel and services. JOB DESCRIPTION Managing the retail business of Rivoli Vision for the Region, with focus on optimizing optical sales and services Driving sales and operational efficiency to deliver sales and P&L objectives of the division Qualitatively uplifting standards of the optometrists and the deliverables Enforcing adherence to all operational and optical processes Seeking out business development and growth opportunities
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Optometry Relevant experience of 7 to 8 years with an optical retailer or in an ophthalmic area (optical /contact lenses). Should have interfaced with optometrists, with special focus on leading and developing them to achieve results Well informed on current and updated technologies in equipment and processes
